What we Collect and Carry.

Have you ever come away from an experience, relationship, or exchange feeling like you left a part of yourself in that moment? Maybe you carried away something new, something that may build you up. Or worse, maybe something heavy that you never intended to carry.

There is a law in physics called quantum entanglement which talks about when two particles are entangled (mixed) one instantly affects the other. The experience is long-lasting and can be incredibly powerful. Essentially, when applied to people, it means that when two individuals share a deep energy exchange (love, trauma, friendship, or a powerful single interaction) their energies are forever mixed- or entangled. Some of these exchanges can lift us. They raise our vibration so that our entire field gets a boost of high vibes. Think of the first phases of falling in love. You feel light, energetic, powerful, joyous.

Where other exchanges can leave us, or our field, filled with negative vibes. Lower frequencies that cause us to continually come back to feelings of pain, anger, hurt, neglect, rejection, blame, guilt…I could go on. Our minds get stuck in a pattern of reliving these moments, or exchanges, over and over until our subconscious feeds on these negative vibes and emotions which can literally get stuck within our bodies and energetic fields.

But, there’s hope.

While we can’t change our past or the “things” we’ve collected, we can change what we carry forward. We are empowered. We have choices. And we can choose to let go of and clear the energies and vibes that are bringing us down. This is a conscious decision. One that can reclaim and positively influence the frequency, emotions, and energy you bring to every situation and interaction you encounter now in your present as well as into your future.

When we sit in stillness and connect with the light, we are powerful. Our minds are impressionable. We can let go. We can ask our higher selves to “disconnect” those things we no longer want to carry. We can ask those emotions and experiences to be “cut” from our fields. We thank them - yes even the hard things that we reject- we send them blessings and thanks because in the midst of the pain, hurt, or anger, we also grew stronger.

Maybe more aware.

Maybe more grateful for the moments of clarity and joy.

Either way, we release, send them into oblivion and fill the space they left with pure love and light. We allow the healing to literally “fill” the holes that these “things” left in us so that we may begin again.

Only this time we begin again. Lighter. Freer. Healed.
